摘  要:济莱高铁大冶水库特大桥15~17号水中墩,墩位处最大水深16.3 m,承台底与河床间最大距离约6 m,属于典型的深水高桩承台,宜采用钢吊箱作为临时挡水结构,但综合考虑成本和工期因素,采用了造价低、施工周期短的钢板桩围堰。施工过程中桩底嵌入岩层深度不少于1 m以解决结构稳定性较差、在河床覆盖层顶面增加一层1.5 m厚封底砼以解决桩长过长、围堰强度不足的问题,取得了较好的施工效果。The maximum water depth of No.15~17 water piers of Daye Reservoir Bridge on Ji-Lai High-Speed Railway at the pier location is 16.3 m,and the maximum distance between the bottom of the platform and the river bed is about 6 m.It is a typical deep-water high pile bearing platform,and steel hanging boxes should be used as temporary water retaining structure,but considering the factors of cost and construction period,steel sheet pile cofferdam with low cost and short construction period was adopted.The depth of the pile bottom embedded in the rock layer was not less than 1 m to solve the problem of poor structural stability,and a layer of 1.5 m thick bottom-sealing concrete was added to the top surface of the covering layer to solve the problems of excessively long piles and insufficient strength of the cofferdam,which achieved good construction results.
