摘　　要：通过对一起精装商品房中使用无卫生许可批件的水质处理器案件的分析,对案件中存在的争议以及当前涉水产品监管存在问题进行分析、探讨,提出完善法律、加强“两法衔接”工作等建议。Based on the analysis of a case of using water processor in well-decorated commercial housing,this paper analyzed and discussed the existing disputes in the case and the existing problems in the current supervision of drinking water-related products,and put forward some suggestions,such as perfecting the laws and regulations and strengthening the work of"Linkage of Two Laws".
