摘　　要：HIV自我检测(HST)是目前全球都在推广的扩大检测的有效手段。具有可以扩大HIV检测覆盖面、使检测更加方便快速、推动高危行为干预工作和更好的社会经济学效益等优点,可以起到提高HIV检测率和发现更多HIV感染者的作用。HST完善了艾滋病自愿咨询检测体系,使艾滋病自愿咨询的监测网络得以拓宽延展。由于HST需要购买者自己操作,所以操作的正确与否,结果如何正确地判读,均关系着能否起到自检的作用。做好宣传工作、指导准确操作、做好检测后咨询转介工作和提供质量可靠而且价格合理的自检试剂是让HST发挥最大效果的关键。HIV self-testing(HST) is an effective means of expanding HIV testing that is currently being promoted around the world. It has the advantages of expanding the coverage of HIV testing, making the testing more convenient and rapid, promoting high-risk behavior interventions, and achieving better socioeconomic benefits. It can play an important role in improving the detection rate of HIV and finding more HIV infected people. HST has improved the HIV voluntary counseling and testing system and expanded the monitoring network of HIV voluntary counseling. However, HST needs to be operated by the buyer himself or herself, so whether the operation is correct or not and how to interpret the results correctly are related to whether it can play a role in self testing. Good publicity, accurate operation guidance, proper posttest consultation and referral, and providing self-testing reagents with reliable quality and reasonable price are the keys to maximize the effect of HST.
