摘  要:目的系统评价同伴教育模式对大学生艾滋病知识、态度、行为的干预效果,为高校艾滋病有效防控提供参考。方法检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普、Pubmed和Web of Science等中英文数据库,收集2010年至2020年公开发表的关于中国大学生同伴教育干预效果的文献,按照文献纳入、排除标准及质量评价筛选文献、提取资料。以同伴教育前后各指标的率差(RD)为效应量,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入相关研究文献14篇。同伴教育干预后,“蚊虫叮咬是否会传播艾滋病”“正确使用安全套是否可以减少艾滋病的传播”“多性伴是否更易感染艾滋病”等反映艾滋病相关知识指标的知晓率分别提高了37%、21%、18%,P<0.01。“是否支持婚前性行为”“艾滋病病毒感染者和病人是否能继续学习、工作”“如果身边有艾滋病病毒感染者或艾滋病患者,是否愿意同他们接触往来”等对艾滋病危险行为及患者态度指标的正向持有率分别提高了13%、21%、24%,P<0.01。“你与他人发生性行为的时候是否一定会使用安全套”的正向持有率提高了17%,P=0.05。亚组分析显示,大学一年级学生在“多性伴是否更易感染艾滋病”及“是否愿意同感染者接触往来”两个指标的效应量明显高于其他年级。东西部地区学生比较,除在“多性伴是否更易感染艾滋病”干预前后的效应量无明显差异外,在其他几项可供比较指标的效应量上西部地区高于东部。总体上不存在发表偏倚。结论同伴教育模式能提高我国大学生艾滋病相关知识的认知水平,对纠正对艾滋病患者的态度有一定的效果,但对大学生艾滋病相关性行为方面的干预效果有待进一步验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of peer education model on AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of Chinese college students,and to provide reference for effective prevention and control of AIDS in universities.Methods Chinese and English databases including CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed and Web of Science were searched to collect literatures on the effect of peer education intervention on Chinese college students,which was published from 2010 to 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and quality evaluation,the literature was screened and the data was extracted.Risk Difference(RD)of each indicator before and after peer education was used as effect size,and Revman 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 14 relevant literatures were obtained.After peer education intervention,the awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge indicators,such as"whether mosquito bites can transmit AIDS","whether correct condom use can reduce the transmission of AIDS",and"whether multisexual partners are more likely to be infected with AIDS",have increased by 37%,21%and 18%respectively(P<0.01)."Whether to support premarital sex","whether HIV infected people and patients can continue to study and work",and"If there are HIV-infected persons or AIDS patients around,are they willing to contact them?"the above positive rates of AIDS risk behaviors and patients’attitudes have increased by 13%,21%and 24%respectively(P<0.01)."Do you always use condoms when having sex with others"was associated with 17%increase in positive ownership of HIV-related high-risk behaviors(P=0.05).The subgroup analysis showed that the first-year college students had significantly higher effect sizes on the two indexes of"whether multiple sex partners are more likely to be infected with HIV/AIDS"and"whether they are willing to contact with infected persons"than that of other grades.Compared with the students in eastern and western regions,there was no significant difference in the effect size before and after
