摘　　要：无溶剂纸塑复膜胶是目前软包装复合领域发展的前沿领域。因其具有快速涂布、室温固化、节能减排、操作简单的优点受到行业内的广泛关注。本文以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇为基础原料,使用二甲基苯烷二异氰酸酯(MDI),在无催化剂条件下合成了环保型的单组份无溶剂低摩擦纸塑复膜胶。利用拉伸力学性能测试仪、摩擦系数仪等设备考察了不同NCO含量、聚酯聚醚种类、固化温度及时间等因素对于纸塑材料粘接的机械性能、摩擦系数的影响,从而研制并推出了低摩擦系数单组份无溶剂复合胶粘剂,为软包装行业的纸塑复合提供一个成本更低、应用更广泛、更环保的解决方案。Recently,paper-plastic solventless laminating adhesive is the frontier of flexible packaging composite field.It attracts broad attention for its advantages in application,such as fast coating,room temperature curing,energy saving and simple operation.The environmental friendly one-component low frictional coefficient paper-plastic solventless laminating adhesive were developed using catalyst-free method by the reaction of polyester polyol,polyether polyol and MDI.And the effects of the NCO%,types of polyester/polyether,and curing temperature and time on the mechanical properties and frictional coefficient of paper-plastic materials were tested by the tension tester and friction coefficient tester,which provide a cheaper,more widely and more environmentally friendly solution for paper-plastic composite in flexible packaging industry.
