摘 要:微量成分在材料应用中往往具有不可或缺的重要作用,对材料的性能提升或破坏甚至起到决定性作用。但是,微量成分的表征或鉴定通常存在很大的挑战,需要综合利用多种表征方法和设备进行分析。本文中,基于我们对双酚A环氧树脂的质量跟踪经验,尝试剖析影响某批次双酚A环氧树脂发生黄变的微量成分,并分析可能的黄变机制。为了避免单一分析手段获取信息的局限性,我们综合利用1HNMR、GPC、FT-IR、GC-MS等多种表征手段,对微量成分的结构进行了详细分析,经过分析确定其为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,并确证其为双酚A环氧树脂黄变的主要原因。Trace components play an important role in the practical application,either with the improvement or damage on the properties of functional materials.However,the characterization and analysis of the trace component in an unknown formulation are always challenging.Thus,the comprehensive utilization of multiple characterizations and equipment is preferred.In this work,based on our experience on bisphenol A epoxy resin,the structure of the trace component inducing the yellowingof the bisphenol A epoxy resin was analyzed and the possible mechanism was presented.In order to avoid the limitation from a single characterization method,multiple equipment,such as 1HNMR、GPC、FT-IR、GC-MS were employed,and the trace amount of dimethyl phthalate was analyzed and attributed as the major reason for yellowing of the bisphenol A epoxy resin.
