摘　　要：以微晶蜡W445为基础成膜物质,引入重质碳酸钙、CS石油树脂、743及有机膨润土。并采用环保溶剂油D60作为基础溶剂,这种空腔防护蜡渗遗性能优异,表干速度快,环境污染小,能够有效满足当前我国汽车空腔防腐需求。Microcrystalline wax W445 as the basic film-forming substance,heavy calcium carbonate,C5 petroleum resin,T743 and organic bentonite were introduced,and environment-friendly solvent oil D60 was used as the basic solvent in this paper.This kind of cavity protection wax has excellent permeability,fast surface drying speed and low environmental pollution,which can effectively meet the current anti-corrosion demand of automobile cavity in China.
