摘　　要：随着汽车市场的细化,售后服务要求越来越高,原厂供应高品质、高外观的汽车售后件成为趋势。本文针对汽车售后市场的开闭件涂焊缝密封胶的工艺进行研究,针对3C2B和B1B2两种典型涂装工艺下的3种不同涂胶工艺进行对比以及策划试验,得出以下结果:焊缝密封胶在电泳或者中涂烤房烘干均可满足性能要求,即3种現行涂胶工艺均可行,但湿膜状态下涂胶的胶泡数量会增多。依据试验结果,以及结合实际可行性,对售后件涂胶工艺规划提出建议,湿膜涂胶过中涂烤房可比现有最经济的生产方式节约成本24.9%。With the refinement of the automobile market,the demand for after-sales service is getting higher and higher.It has become a trend for the original factory to supply high-quality and high-appearance aftersale service spare part of automobiles.In this paper,the process of applying weld sealant to the opening and closing parts in the automotive aftermarket was studied,and the comparison and planning tests of three different coating processes under two typical coating processes of 3C2B and B1B2 were carried out,and the following results were obtained:Weld sealant in electrophoresis or coating baking room drying can meet the performance requirements,in other words,the three current coating process is feasible,but the number of bubbles will increase under the wet film state.According to the test results and combined with the practical feasibility,some suggestions are put forward for after-sale parts gluing process planning.The wet film gluing oven can save 24.9%cost compared with the existing most economical production mode.
