摘 要:为研究变产量干燥滚筒的调速特性,用单位时间内的总抛撒时间表征该时间内抛撒颗粒与热烟气的总换热时间,利用离散元素法,对不同工况的变产量干燥滚筒进行仿真研究,并分析了不同扬料叶片对应滚筒的调速特性。仿真分析结果表明:两种叶片的可调产量范围相同,V型缺口叶片的有效调速范围更大,V型缺口叶片的调速灵敏度随转速变化的稳定性更好。因此,V型缺口叶片的调速特性更好,可以更有效地通过调速适应产量的变化。In this article,in order to explore the speed-regulation characteristics of the variable output rotary dryer,the total heat-exchange time between the scattered particles and the hot flue gas is characterized by means of the total scattering time in the scope of unit time.The method of discrete element is used to simulate the variable output rotary dryer under different working conditions,and the speed-regulation characteristics of the dryer corresponding to different lifting blades are explored.These simulation results show that the adjustable output range of the two kinds of blades is same;the effective speed-regulation range of the V-notch blade is larger,and the speed-regulation sensitivity of the V-notch blade is better with the change of speed.Therefore,the V-notch blade has better speed-regulation characteristics and adapts to the change of output more effectively.
