摘  要:针对TI蜗杆传动,建立其数学模型和精确三维实体模型,齿轮与蜗杆选用42CrMo-42CrMo,QT600-3-42CrMo两组不同材料配对,基于有限元法分析了两组材料配对形式下的接触应力,搭建了传动副的疲劳测试试验台,在试验台上进行传动副的负荷运转试验,考察齿面的磨损和断齿情况。分析结果表明:齿轮和蜗杆均采用42CrMo的材料配对,与QT600-3-42CrMo的配对相比较,后者齿面应力和应变均较小;两组材料传动副轮齿折断出现的载荷级相同,第1组材料渐开线齿轮折断齿数较多,蜗杆齿面磨损较严重,与应力应变分析结果吻合。研究工作为硬齿面TI蜗杆副的材料配对选型奠定了理论基础和试验支撑。In this article,the mathematical model and the accurate three-dimensional solid model of TI worm transmission are set up.The gear and worm are matched with two different materials,42 CrMo-42 CrMo and QT600-3-42 CrMo.With the help of the finite-element method,the contact stress is analyzed when the two sets of materials are adopted,and the fatigue test bench is built for the transmission pair.The load-operation test of the transmission pair is carried out on the test bench,in order to investigate the tooth surface’s wear and broken teeth.The results show that the gear and the worm are paired with 42 CrMo materials;compared with QT600-3-42 CrMo,the latter has smaller tooth surface stress and strain.The load levels of the transmission pairs are same when the two sets of materials are adopted.The first set of materials has more broken teeth and wear on the worm’s tooth surface is more serious.These results are consistent with the analytical results of stress and strain.The research lays a theoretical foundation and provides experimental support for material matching and selection of TI worm pairs with hard tooth surfaces.
