摘 要:为研究藏药打箭菊的水溶性的化学成分,采用正相、反相硅胶柱层以及高效液相色谱法等多种现代分离技术对其正丁醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和波谱数据对所分得的化合物进行了结构鉴定。其结构分别鉴定为:2-苯乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),3,5-dimethoxyl-4-hydroxybenzylalcohol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(2),2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基顺式肉桂酸(3),腺苷(4),2'-O-甲基腺苷(5),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(6),所有化合物都是首次从该植物中分离得到。To study water soluble composition of the Pyrethrum tatsienense,normal and reverse phasesilica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography were employed to separate and purify the n-butanol extract of P.tatsienense.Their structures of allisolated compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy and physicochemical properties.Six compounds were isolated and identified as:2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-pyranglucosine(1),3,5-dimethoxyl-4-hydroxybenzylalcohol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(2),2-O-β-D-pyran glucose cis-cinnamate(3),adenosine(4),2'-O-methyladenosine(5),and thymine deoxynucleoside(6).All Compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
