耐低温快速固化型双组分环氧结构胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以双酚A环氧树脂(128R)、活性稀释剂、固化剂及填料为主要原料,制备了一种耐低温快速固化型双组分环氧结构胶。结果表明,添加质量比1∶1的重质碳酸钙与硅微粉混合物、5%的活性稀释剂622和2%的超支化聚酯CYH-277可以提高低温条件下环氧结构胶A组分的锥入度,改善其施工性能,同时结构胶的理化性能不受影响。A kind of fast curing two-component epoxy structural adhesive with low temperature resistance is prepared with bisphenol A epoxy resin(128R),active diluent,curing agent and filler as the main raw materials.The results show that the cone penetration of component A of epoxy structural adhesive at low temperature and the construction performance of the adhesive can be improved by adding the mixture of heavy calcium carbonate and silicon powder with mass ratio of 1∶1,5%active diluent 622 and 2%hyperbranched polyester CYH-277,while the physical and chemical properties of structural adhesive are not affected.
