化学灌浆技术在大坝廊道混凝土裂缝渗漏处理中的应用

摘　　要：苏洼龙水电站工程对混凝土裂缝进行了分类,对A类裂缝采用环氧胶泥进行表面封闭处理,B、C、D类裂缝采用CW高渗透性环氧灌浆材料进行化学灌浆处理,宽大裂缝采用CW弹性环氧灌浆材料进行化学灌浆处理,成功解决了大坝廊道混凝土缺陷及渗漏问题。The concrete cracks are classified in Suwalong hydropower station project.For cracks of class A,epoxy mastic is employed for surface sealing treatment;while cracks of class B,C and D are treated with CW high capillary epoxy grouting materials;the wide cracks are treated with CW elastic epoxy grouting materials.Thus,the concrete defects and leakage problems of dam gallery are successfully solved.
