摘　　要：为深化本科教育教学改革,全面提高人才培养质量,严把毕业出口关,2018年8月,教育部印发《关于狠抓新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神落实的通知》,要求各高校必须严格本科教育教学过程管理,坚决取消毕业“清考”。取消毕业“清考”影响深远,是一项系统的、长期性工程,医学院校作为高等院校的一个构成类别,在人才培养上遵循医学教育的特点,具有培养周期长、课程较多且难度较大、临床实习分散等特点。医学院校有必要结合医学教育特点进一步完善毕业“清考”取消保障措施,完善的保障措施有助于毕业“清考”制度从有到无的顺利过渡。In order to deepen the reform of undergraduate education and teaching,comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,and strictly control the exit of graduation,in August 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the"Notice on the Implementation of the Spirit of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference in the New Era",requiring all universities to Strictly manage the undergraduate education and teaching process,and resolutely cancel the graduation"clearance examination".The cancellation of graduation"clearance examinations"has far-reaching impact and is a systematic and long-term project.As a constituent category of higher education institutions,medical schools follow the characteristics of medical education in terms of talent training,with long training cycles,more courses,and Features such as greater difficulty and scattered clinical practice.It is necessary for medical colleges and universities to combine the characteristics of medical education to further improve the guarantee measures for the cancellation of the graduation"clearance examination".The perfect guarantee measures will help the smooth transition of the graduation"clearance examination"system from existence to absence.
