摘  要:目的探讨分析数字病理切片在细胞病理实验教学中的应用。方法选择30例典型病例的病理切片。研究对象为2016级临床医学专业100名本科生,使用真实玻片光学显微镜和数字病理切片同时阅片,分析数字化切片的教学使用情况,比较两组使用效果。结果学生对数字病理切片的整体满意度较高。显微镜诊断的正确率高于数字化切片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显微镜阅片时间短语数字化切片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化切片技术在细胞病理实验教学中得到了学生的欢迎,目前需要解决的问题包括诊断准确性以及阅片速度问题,得到细胞病理诊断、教学及研究的广泛应用,实现细胞病理学教学显微镜向数字切片的转换。Objective To explore the application of digital pathological section in the experimental teaching of cytopathology.Methods The pathological sections of 30 typical cases were selected.The subjects were 100 undergraduates of clinical medicine in 2016.The real slide optical microscope and digital pathological section were used to read the slides at the same time.Results The students were satisfied with the digital pathological section.The diagnostic accuracy of microscope was higher than that of digital section,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the digital section of the time phrase of Scanning Microscope(P<0.05).Conclusion The digital section technique has been welcomed by the students in the experimental teaching of cytopathology.The problems that need to be solved at present include the accuracy of diagnosis and the speed of reading sections.It has been widely used in the diagnosis,teaching and research of Cytopathology,cytopathology transforms the teaching microscope into a digital slice.
