基于三维生态足迹模型的云南绿色发展评价

摘　　要：绿色发展是维护人地关系的重要保障,生态足迹模型是评价绿色发展的有效方法。运用三维生态足迹模型对云南的生态状况进行核算,并引用绿色发展绩效模型,以便衡量研究区域的绿色发展状态。结果表明:2019年,云南人均三维生态足迹为6.4617 hm^(2)/人,人均生态赤字较大,传统方法与三维模型计算出的生态足迹结果一致,说明云南处于区域环境发展非安全状态。云南绿色发展水平仍处于经济发展与资源利用没有脱钩状态,生态资源消耗速率大于福利增长速率。故应牢固树立绿色发展理念,及时采取措施警惕生态赤字增加。Green development is an important guarantee to maintain the relationship between man and land,and ecological footprint model is an effective method to evaluate green development.The three-dimensional ecological footprint model is used to calculate the ecological status of Yunnan Province,and the green development performance model is used to better measure the green development status of the study area.The results show that in 2019,the per capita three-dimensional ecological footprint of Yunnan Province is 6.4617 hm^(2)/person,and the per capita ecological deficit is large.The results of traditional method and three-dimensional model are consistent,and Yunnan Province is in the state of regional environmental development insecurity.The green development level of Yunnan Province is still in the state of no decoupling between economic development and resource utilization,and the consumption rate of ecological resources is greater than the growth rate of welfare.Therefore,we should firmly establish the concept of green development and take timely measures to guard against the increase of ecological deficit.
