摘 要:热电联产又叫汽电共生,是当今重要的发电技术,同热电分产相比,具有减少能源消耗、提高燃料利用率和减少环境污染等特点。但热电联产项目在施工建设过程中存在诸多风险,为了更好地应对风险,本文以SY热电联产项目施工阶段作为研究对象,通过建立AHP-CIM风险评估模型,对该项目进行分析。结果表明:该项目处于低风险状态,同时要重点关注工程量的变更、施工质量和技术不到位、传染病风险、建材质量不过关和施工管理组织不到位等8个风险因素。Cogeneration,also known as steam-electricity symbiosis,is an important power generation technology today.Compared with separate generation of heat and electricity,it has the characteristics of reducing energy consumption,improving fuel utilization rate and reducing environmental pollution.However,there are many risks in the construction process of cogeneration project.In order to better cope with the risks,this paper takes the construction stage of SY cogeneration project as the research object,and analyzes the project by establishing AHP-CIM risk assessment model.The results show that the project is in a low-risk state,and eight risk factors,such as the change of engineering quantity,inadequate construction quality and technology,infectious disease risk,inadequate quality of building materials and inadequate construction management organization,should be paid attention to.
