摘 要:为研究公称最大粒径为4.75 mm、铺装厚度最小为1.0 cm的小粒径开级配超薄罩面的路用性能,按2.36 mm通过率、间隔约5%设计了6组级配,统一按油石比范围5.5%~7.5%、油石比间隔0.5%研究了混合料的组成设计,并对设计级配的6组混合料开展了常规路用性能试验,探究了胶结料用量、类型、纤维、细集料类型、成型温度等因素对混合料耐久性能的影响。结果表明:6种级配的小粒径开级配超薄罩面高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗飞散性等路用性能均满足规范要求,在不同性能方面各有优劣,设计时应根据现场环境要求合理确定级配类型;沥青用量的增加能够有效提高混合料耐久性能;SBS改性类沥青不适用于小粒径开级配沥青混合料,黏度更大的沥青能够有效保证混合料耐久性;纤维的使用有利于降低飞散损失和浸水飞散损失,对黏度较小的沥青,改善效果更明显;采用石灰岩细集料,相比玄武岩细集料能够有效减少飞散损失和浸水飞散损失;随着成型温度下降,试件的飞散损失和浸水飞散损失均增大,施工控制时,应尽可能在温度较高时摊铺并完成碾压。In order to study the pavement performance of ultra-thin overlay with small particle size of 4.75 mm and minimum pavement thickness of 1.0 cm,six groups of gradation are designed according to 2.36 mm passing rate interval of about 5%.The composition design of mixture is studied according to the range of 5.5%~7.5%and the interval of asphalt aggregate ratio is 0.5%.The conventional road performance test of six groups of designed gradation mixture is carried out influence of binder dosage,type,fiber,fine aggregate type and molding temperature on durability of mixture finally.Results indicate that the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,anti flying performance and other road performance of the 6 kinds of small particle size open grading ultra-thin overlay meet the requirements of the specification,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages in different performance aspects.The grading type should be reasonably determined according to the site environmental requirements during the design.The increase of asphalt content can effectively improve the durability of mixture.SBS modified asphalt is not suitable for small size open graded asphalt mixture,and asphalt with higher viscosity can effectively ensure the durability of mixture.The use of fiber is beneficial to reduce the scattering loss and immersion scattering loss,and the improvement effect is more obvious for the asphalt with lower viscosity.Compared with basalt fine aggregate,limestone fine aggregate can effectively reduce the scattering loss and immersion scattering loss.As the molding temperature drops,scattering loss and immersion scattering loss of the specimen increase.In construction control,paving and rolling should be completed at higher temperature as far as possible.
