摘  要:开展课程思政是一项内涵丰富又具有创新性的思想教育工作。工程训练课程是培养大学生动手能力、工程实践能力和创新实践能力的必修实践课程,车工则是工程训练课程的主要构成部分之一。其着重专业技能的运用和实践,旨在培养同学的工程能力素养和工匠精神,其中隐含着大量思政元素。基于工程训练课程的特性,将工程训练课程内容和思政元素融合在教学过程中,实现知识传授、能力培养、人格塑造和价值引领的统一,达到立德树人的效果。Carrying out“curriculum ideological and political education”is a comprehensive and innovative ideological education work.Engineering Training course is a compulsory practice course to cultivate college students’practical ability,engineering practical ability and innovative practical ability,while lathe work is one of the main components of this course.It emphasizes the specific application of professional knowledge and focuses on cultivating students’engineering quality and“craftsman spirit”.This process contains a lot of ideological and political elements.According to the characteristics of the Engineering Training course,the course content and ideological and political elements are integrated in the process of teaching,so as to realize the unity of knowledge imparting,ability training,personality shaping and value guidance,and achieve the effect of“building morality and cultivating talents”.
