具有精神特质的城市公共空间营造模式及历史变迁初探——以杭州近代基督教青年会会所建筑为例

摘　　要：城市公共空间的精神特质营造包含两方面意思:一是精神性,指通过建筑氛围塑造,满足人们精神层面的需求;二是指公共空间,是承载市民城市生活且服务于城市的空间。作为杭州城市重要的具有精神特质的公共空间,青年会会所建筑是当时市民公共生活的重要场所,同时它还影响了城市空间形态的改变。本研究通过档案资料查阅和现场测绘,探索杭州基督教青年会会所大楼的营造与变迁过程,梳理其对城市的影响。并尝试通过对比其他城市青年会建筑,总结归纳此类建筑的特征与发展模式。Urban spiritual public space refers to the space that carries the urban life and serves the city with the guidance of some thought.It includes two meanings:one refers to the spirit,which means meeting the needs in people’s spiritual level through the building atmosphere;the other refers to the public space,the space that carries the urban life of citizens and serves the city.As an important spiritual public space in Hangzhou,the building of the YMCA was an important place for the public life of the citizens at that time,and it also affected the change of the urban spatial form.Based on the university of Minnesota collection archives and site mapping,this study explores the construction and change process of the Hangzhou YMCA building,and sorts out its impact on the city.Also,try to summarize the characteristics and development mode of such space by comparing YMCA’s buildings in other cities.
