摘　　要：文章以作者参与的杨树浦电厂机组改造竞赛(1)为切入点,初步探讨了滨水区电力工业建筑遗存在改造过程中出现的新趋势和新策略,初步总结了改造实践中对工业建筑如何激发社区活力,营造绿色生态的场所,以及如何使新老建筑进行积极对话的新兴趋势。此外,在操作策略总结中探讨了利用功能重组来激活原有工业建筑空间,利用滨江景观搭建景观资源共享的滨江生活综合体,以及在光伏建筑一体化技术的结合下,从低碳节能的角度审视未来滨水社区的活化更新。Through the Yangshupu Power Station Regeneration Competition,the paper makes preliminary discussion about the new trends and new strategies in the regeneration of the waterfront architectural heritage in power industry,and preliminarily summarizes the new trends of how to activate the community in the process of the reform practice of industrial building,and how to create a green ecological place and make a positive dialogue between the new and old buildings.In addition,in the summary of operation strategy,it discusses the use of functional recombination to activate the original industrial building space,the use of riverside landscape to build a riverside living complex with shared landscape resources,and the combination of photovoltaic building integration technology,from the perspective of low carbon and energy saving in the activation and renewal of the future waterfront community.
