摘　　要：“乡村再衰败”现象,作为导致“空心村”的主要因素,近年来成为了我国传统村落面临的最普遍的问题,而居住建筑则在传统村落中占据十分重要的位置。改善居住环境,处理好建筑与发展的关系,对于传统村落的保护与更新有着重大的意义。文章聚焦于“乡村再衰败”现象,以湘西地区传统村落居住建筑为例,对传统村落中的居住建筑现状进行分析研究,并提出相应的更新策略,以使传统村落实现更新与经济协调发展,重新焕发生机。The phenomenon of"rural decline again",as the main factor leading to"hollow villages",has become the most common problem faced by traditional villages in China in recent years.Residential buildings occupy a very important part of traditional villages.Improving the living environment and handling the relationship between architecture and development are of great significance to the protection and renewal of traditional villages.This paper focuses on the phenomenon of"rural decline again",researches the current situation of residential building renewal in traditional villages in western Hunan,and proposes renewal strategies so that traditional villages can achieve renewal and economic coordinated development and rejuvenate.
