摘 要:采用ALE算法对透明板件冲击波超压衰减性能进行了数值模拟,通过设计9种基于不同TNT当量和爆距的工况,探究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、钢化玻璃、亚克力树脂及聚碳酸酯这4种透明材料的抗冲击性能,据此遴选最合适的实验室抗爆防护罩材料。结果表明,聚碳酸酯板具有最佳的抗冲击特性,1 cm厚板材可以有效衰减39.20%的冲击波超压,是最合适的实验室抗爆防护罩选材。进一步结合冲击波超压损伤准则进行人体损伤等级评估,提出了实验室操作过程的建议:在使用1 cm厚聚碳酸酯抗爆防护罩的前提下,应限制TNT当量不超过1 g,并且研究人员要保持工作台与身体距离不小于30 cm。The ALE algorithm was used to conduct a numerical simulation of the shock wave overpressure attenuation characteristics of transparent plates.The impact resistances of four transparent materials,polyethylene terephthalate(PET),tempered glass,acrylic resin,and polycarbonate,were explored at nine conditions of different TNT equivalents and burst distances.The optimal material for anti-explosive protective shields used in laboratories was selected.The results show that the PC sheet with a thickness of 1 cm can effectively attenuate 39.20%of shock wave overpressure,which is the most suitable material for anti-explosive protective shields used in the laboratory.Furthermore,an assessment of human injury grade with shock wave overpressure damage criterion was proposed according to the numerical results.Several suggestions were put forward for the laboratory operation.Firstly,when using a 1 cm thick PC anti-explosion shield,the TNT equivalent should be limited to less than 1 g.Secondly,the distance between the operators and operating platforms should be no less than 30 cm.
