摘  要:研究了溶菌酶在改善剩余污泥脱水性能方面的效果,以污泥真空抽滤泥饼含水率、污泥毛细脱水时间(Capillary Sunction Time,CST)来表征污泥脱水性能,分别考察了酶投加量、污泥初始pH值、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素对酶促污泥脱水作用的影响。结果表明:溶菌酶在污泥脱水反应中充分发挥了水解破壁的功能,导致细胞结构的破坏,显著降低了污泥含水率及CST,对污泥脱水反应有明显的促进作用;基于响应面分析,各影响因素对污泥抽滤泥饼含水率和污泥CST的显著性由大到小为酶投加量、反应温度、污泥pH值,建立了相关多元二次回归模型并进行了有效性验证,获得了各影响因素对于酶促污泥脱水反应的最佳反应条件;酶促污泥脱水反应在适当溶菌酶投加量(15%)、较短的反应时间(0.5 h)内、室温条件(20℃)下、无需调节污泥pH值(pH=6)即可得到较好的脱水效果,污泥含水量下降25%,污泥CST下降65%。因此,采用溶菌酶作为城市污水厂剩余污泥调理剂,可显著增进污泥的脱水性能。This study investigated the effect of lysozyme onimproving the dewatering performance of the remaining activatedsludge.The sludge dewatering performance was characterized bythe sludge vacuum filtration mud cake moisture content andsludge capillary dewatering time(CST).Influence factors suchas dosage of lysozyme,initial pH value,reaction temperature,and reaction time were studied on the performance of sludgedewatering.The experimental results show that lysozyme fullyexerts its function of hydrolytic wall breaking in the sludgedewatering reaction,leading to the destruction of the cellstructure,thereby significantly reducing the sludge moisturecontent and sludge CST value,and has a significant promotioneffect on the sludge dewatering reaction.Besides,according tothe analysis of the response surface,the influencing factors onthe sludge moisture content and sludge CST value can be rankedin the order of significance as follows:enzyme dosage>reactiontemperature>sludge pH value.A relevant multivariatequadratic regression model was established and the effectivenesswas verified,and the optimal reaction conditions of variousinfluencing factors on the enzymatic sludge dewatering reactionwere obtained,which can be used to guide improving the sludgedewatering performance in actual production.At last,based onthe aforementioned experimental results,the enzymatic sludgedewatering reaction runs at proper lysozyme dosage(15%),in ashort reaction time(0.5h),at room temperature(20℃)andwithout the need to adjust the pH value of the sludge(pH=6)can obtain better dewatering effect:the sludge moisture contentdecreased by 25%and the sludge CST value decreased by 65%.Overall,lysozyme has a promising future in the field of sludgetreatment,and the use of lysozyme as a conditioning agent for theremaining activated sludge in a municipal sewage plant cansignificantly improve the dewatering performance of the sludge.
