摘 要:为了探究pH值对白茅光合产氢体系产氢效果的影响,使用白茅生物质作为产氢原料,以产氢速率和产氢量为关键指标、以还原糖质量浓度和氧化还原电位(ORP)等为辅助指标研究pH值对白茅光合生物产氢的影响,分析几种指标的数据变化情况,提出pH值对白茅光合生物产氢的影响规律。结果表明,ORP呈现先降低后上升的趋势。当pH=8时,光合细菌对白茅降解的还原糖利用率较高,超过了94.8%;累计产氢量和产氢速率达到最大,分别为422 mL和8.08 mL/h,ORP达到最小值-465 mV。试验结束时各体系的pH值维持在5.3~5.5,中性和碱性环境下白茅光合生物产氢能力明显高于酸性环境下的产氢能力,但碱性过强又对产氢能力产生抑制作用。This paper aims to explore the effect of pH values on the photosynthetic bacteria using cogon biomass photosynthesis hydrogen production.Taking the hydrogen production rate and amount as the key indexes,and the reducing sugar concentration and REDOX potential(ORP)as the auxiliary indexes,we studied the effects of different pH values on the production of hydrogen by photosynthetic biological of cogon.In this study,the gas chromatograph,visible light spectrophotometer,pH measuring instrument,portable REDOX potentiometer,and other equipment were used to measure the indicators.The influence of pH value on hydrogen production of photosynthetic organisms of cogon is put forward by analyzing the data changes of several indexes.As a result,we found that the hydrogen production and the rate of hydrogen production in the biomass stage tend to increase first and then decrease with the growth of pH value increase.When the pH value becomes 8,it has been found that photosynthetic bacteria had the highest utilization rate of reducing sugar for degradation of cogon,which exceeded 94.8%.Moreover,the cumulative hydrogen production and hydrogen production rate may reach their maximum degree,422 mL,and 8.08 mL/h,respectively.Besides,we found that the ORP value of each hydrogen production system tends to decrease first and then increase with the growth of pH value increase.When the pH value becomes 8,it has been found that the ORP value rapidly decreases to the minimum value of-465 mV,and then gradually increases.At the end of the hydrogen production test,the pH values of each hydrogen production system were between 5.3 and 5.5.We found that pH values have a significant impact on the hydrogen production process of photosynthetic bacteria using the biomass of the cogon.Photosynthetic and biological hydrogen production capacity under neutral and alkaline conditions was significantly higher than that under acidic conditions,but Too much alkaline has an inhibited effect on the hydrogen production capacity.The results of our experiment ca
