依托医共体建设县级应急医疗物资储备库探讨

摘　　要：完善县级应急医疗物资储备是建立全国应急医疗物资储备体系的基础。目前,县级应急医疗物资储备存在着品种形式单一、储备能力弱、管理效能低等问题。政府依托医共体一体化、集团化运营在多方协同、上下联动、优化资源配置等方面的优势,建设县级应急医疗物资储备库,将有助于提高县域应急医疗物资保障水平。储备库建设方案需要注重合作机制、储备体系、仓储模式、管理制度、信息系统的系统设计。Improving the county emergency medical material reserve system is the basis of establishing the national system.At present,there are some problems in the county emergency medical material reserve,such as single variety,weak reserve capacity and low management efficiency.Through the construction of county emergency medical materials reserved by the medical alliance,it can play its advantages in the integration,group operation,multi-Party cooperation,up-down linkage,optimization of resource allocation,etc.,which will help to improve the level of county emergency medical materials support.The construction plan of the reserve needs to pay attention to the system design of cooperation mechanism,reserve system,storage mode,management system and information system.
