摘　　要：为了发挥出引领公立医院高质量发展新趋势的目的,某国家级三甲医院(Z医院)探索加强新兴技术应用工作,实现了创新精细化管理,医院运营质量和效益持续优化,医疗服务能力不断加强,患者满意度持续改善,医院品牌和声誉得到提升。新兴技术应用成效的发挥,依赖于医院治理体系和治理能力现代化同步提升。Z医院在推进新技术应用过程中,必须注重增强全员尤其是临床一线参与性、积极性,在技术引进和增加投入的同时,以新发展理念为引领,精准施策,真抓实干,做好组织模式和业务模式转型,构建发展新格局,引领医院高质量发展新趋势。To play a leading role in the new trend of high-quality development of public hospitals,a national Grade III Level A hospital (Hospital Z) has explored the strength of emerging technologies,which achieves innovative and refined management.And so the enhancement of hospital operation and medical service deserve the sustained improvement of patient satisfaction and hospital brand and reputation.Actually,the simultaneous improvement of hospital governance system and governance capacity make an effective application of emerging technologies.Besides,the hospital Z has learned that it is vital to strengthen participation and enthusiasm of the whole staff,especially the front-line clinical staff for promoting the application of new technology.With the leading of new development concept,precise strategies are promoted and genuine priorities are snatched while the technology introduction and increase investment.By the successful transformation of organization and business pattern,a new paradigm is established,leading the new trend of high-quality development.
