摘 要:南水北调中线干渠输水过程中可能存在跨渠公路突发交通事故(油类运输车泄漏)或节制闸机房中机电设备油液泄漏等,影响沿线城市用水安全。为应急处理该类突发事故,以串联式平台为支撑,设计了直角形、弧形、直槽形、勺形、圆槽形5种不同形状的拦油装置,安装在平台上游一侧进行拦污导流。采用FLUENT模块进行拦油装置上下游流场分析表明:圆槽形拦油装置前后流场相对稳定,可抵御表面浮油翻越障碍物(拦截装置),因此选择圆槽形拦油装置。该装置在郑州市十八里河和北据马节制闸前进行浮油污染应急处理演练表明,拦油效果良好,可以在南水北调中线干渠推广应用。Sudden traffic accident(oil tanker leakage) or oil leakage of mechanical and electrical equipment in control gate machine room may occur in the process of transporting water from the main channel of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, which will affect the water safety of cities along the route. In order to deal with this kind of accident in an emergency manner, the oil blocking device with rectangular shape, arc shape, straight groove shape, spoon shape and round groove shape was designed to be installed on the upstream side of the platform to block the pollution and divert the flow. The FLUENT module was used to analyze the upstream and downstream flow field of the oil containment device. The results show that the flow field at the front and rear of the circular groove type oil containment device is relatively stable and can resist the surface oil floating over obstacles(interceptors). Therefore, the circular groove type oil containment device is selected. The emergency treatment drill of oil slick pollution in front of the regulating gates of Shibalihe and Beijuma in Zhengzhou City shows that the device has good effect of oil containment and can be popularized and applied to the main canal of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer.
