摘 要:针对黄河涵闸除险加固中丙乳砂浆护面干缩开裂问题,以金堤河干流治理工程(山东段)东池闸加固工程为依托,研究配合比和施工养护条件(养护温度、湿度和时间)对其抗裂性能的影响规律。结果表明:丙乳掺量的增大和水灰比的减小可显著改善丙乳砂浆的抗裂性能,表现为抗折强度、黏结强度提高和压折比减小,聚灰比和水灰比分别为14%和31%的丙乳砂浆可适用于东池闸护面除险加固;养护湿度和养护温度的提高均对丙乳砂浆抗干裂性能改善显著,而初始养护时间影响不明显;不同养护条件下丙乳砂浆干缩率皆在0~14 d龄期内增长迅速,在28 d时基本达到稳定。基于试验结果改进了护面的施工顺序、工艺和养护参数范围,使丙乳砂浆护面龟裂问题得到了有效解决,并取得良好的社会和经济效益,为今后涵闸丙乳砂浆护面施工提供参考数据和借鉴。Focusing on the shrinkage and cracking problem of the acrylic⁃emulsion mortar revetment in the Yellow River sluice reinforcement,the influence of mix proportion and construction curing conditions(i.e.curing temperature,humidity and time)on the anticracking property,had been well revealed.The results show that the increase of the amount of acrylic⁃emulsion and the reduction of water⁃cement ratio can significantly improve the crack resistance,exhibiting the increase in flexural strength and cohesive strength,as well as the decline of compression flexure ratio.Mortar with the polymer⁃to⁃cement weight ratio of 14%and water⁃cement ratio of 31%,can be better applied to Dongchi sluice reinforcement.The increase in curing humidity and curing temperature can have a significant improvement in the antidrying performance of the acrylic⁃emulsion mortar,but the initial curing time is not the case.The shrinkage rates of acrylic⁃emulsion mortar all increase rapidly from 0 d to 14 d,and then stabilize at 28 d under different curing conditions.The construction sequence,method and curing parameter ranges of acrylic⁃emulsion mortar are improved,with the cracking phenomenon effectively resolved,which can provide good reference for the similar Yellow River sluice reinforcement engineering.
