摘　　要：2021年5月,习近平总书记在南阳考察,主持召开推进南水北调后续工程高质量发展座谈会并发表重要讲话。同年10月,河南省召开第十一次党代会,明确提出支持南阳建设省域副中心城市,贯彻落实习近平总书记视察南阳重要讲话和重要指示精神。2021年12月20日,“中国区域经济50人论坛”以“中心城市建设与豫南区域发展”为主题,在河南南阳举行第二十一次专题研讨会,深入探讨南阳作为河南省域副中心城市的定位与战略以及经济发展和城市建设重要路径,为南阳省域副中心城市建设与豫南区域发展建言献策。In May 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected and investigated in Nanyang,presided over a symposium on promoting the high-quality development of the follow-up project of the South-to-North Water Diversion and delivered an important speech.In October of the same year,the CPC Henan Provincial Party Committee held the 11 th Party Congress of Henan Province and clearly proposed to support Nanyang to build a sub-central city.On December 20,2021,the China Regional Economic Forum of 50 People held the 21 st symposium in Henan with the theme of Central City Construction and Regional Development in Southern Henan.The symposium deeply discussed the positioning and development strategy of Nanyang to build Henan sub-central city,as well as the paths and measures of urban construction,so as to make suggestions for the construction of Nanyang as a sub-central city and the regional development of Southern Henan.
