摘  要:“星链”系统是当前建设进度最快、性能最强大、功能最完善的低轨道卫星移动通信系统,具有高速率、全覆盖、高带宽、低延迟等特点,在卫星通信领域具有颠覆性意义。作为一套商用卫星移动通信系统,其军事应用价值受到各国瞩目。美军通过投资、租用、购买等方式参与到“星链”系统的合作建设中,希望通过进一步激发“星链”系统的军事应用潜力,为其最新的太空发展战略打下基础。本文从建设进程、技术指标和系统优势三个方面全面分析了“星链”系统的发展现状,并从多个方面对“星链”系统的军事应用价值进行分析。近年来,我国高度重视卫星移动通信系统的发展建设,本研究结合“星链”系统发展现状和军事应用优势,针对我国卫星移动通信系统的发展提出启示和建议。The Starlink system is an advanced,powerful,and functional low-earth orbit satellite mobile com‐munication system.It has the characteristics of high speed,full coverage,high bandwidth,and low delay.As a com‐mercial satellite mobile communication system,its military application value has attracted the attention of many countries.Through investments,leasing,and purchasing,the U.S.military participates in the cooperative construc‐tion of the Starlink system,hoping to further stimulate its potential for military application and lay a foundation for its latest space development strategy.This paper analyzes the development of the Starlink system from three aspects-the construction process,technical index,and system advantages-and analyzes the military application value of the Starlink system.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development and construction of a satellite mobile communication system.Based on the development status of the Starlink system and its advantages for military applications,we offer suggestions for the development of a satellite mobile communication system in China.
