摘 要:本文基于对评估指标体系数据曲线与作战任务需求数据曲线之间的相近性(位置关系)和相似性(态势变化)机理,提出了基于理想解和灰色关联度的装备作战效能评估方法。首先,构建了基于层次性指标体系的多阶段作战效能评估立体数据;其次,介绍了基于相近性和相似性机理的装备作战效能评估基本思路;再次,分别建立了基于指标值差异程度的相对贴近度模型、基于指标值变化程度的相对贴近度模型以及基于加权的综合贴近度模型;最后,给出了3部超短波地面通信对抗系统4个任务阶段的作战效能评估实例。实例分析结果表明:该方法简单合理、运用灵活,能分别从评估指标差异程度、评估指标变化程度以及综合评估指标差异程度和变化程度等3个角度对评估装备各任务阶段及作战任务全过程的作战效能进行评估和排序,实现了装备作战效能的多角度多层次评估。Here,we investigate the mechanisms of proximity(positional relationship)and similarity(situational change)between the data curve of an evaluation index system and the data curve of operational mission requirements.We propose a method for evaluating the operational effectiveness of equipment based on an ideal solution and the grey correlation degree.Firstly,a model for a multi-stage evaluation of operational effectiveness is constructed based on a hierarchical index system.Secondly,we introduce the mechanisms of proximity and similarity.Thirdly,we establish a model of the relative closeness degree based on the difference degree of the index value,the change degree of the in‐dex value,and weighting.Finally,we test the proposed method using three examples of Very High Frequency(VHF)ground communication countermeasure systems in four mission stages.The result show that the method is simple,rea‐sonable,and flexible,and that it can evaluate and rank combat effectiveness from multiple perspectives and levels.The method realizes multi-angle and multi-level evaluations of the combat effectiveness of equipment.
