摘 要:为解决QP-700新型高强度钢板在车架冲压成型过程中极易产生回弹而影响成型精度的问题,对比研究了在冲压成型过程中不同厚度的高强度钢板回弹和失效的情况。研究结果表明,QP-700新型高强度钢板回弹量随板材的厚度增加而减小,随弯曲半径的增加而增大。推导出QP-700高强度钢板最小弯曲半径的经验公式r_(min)=1.7t+4.6,该钢板最小相对弯曲半径为2.2。综上所述,通过冲裁试验可为高强度钢板的冲压成型提供理论指导。The QP-700 high-strength steel plate is prone to rebound during the stamping and forming process of the frame,which affects the forming accuracy.In order to solve the problem,a large number of experimental methods were used to stamp and form high-strength steel plates with different thicknesses,the rebound and failure of the samples were analyzed.The study shows that the rebound of QP-700 new highstrength steel plate decreases with the increase of plate thickness and increases with the increase of bending radius;the empirical formula for the minimum bending radius of QP-700 high-strength steel plate is derived as r_(min)=1.7t+4.6,the minimum relative bending radius of the steel plate is 2.2.It is shown that the stamping forming of high-strength steel plate provides theoretical guidance.
