摘　　要：中国共产党长期以来坚持反贫困实践,把实现无产阶级的解放、人的自由全面发展和全体人民共同富裕作为奋斗目标。中国共产党的反贫困实践由马克思主义反贫困理论作为理论指导,马克思主义反贫困理论通过分析无产阶级贫困的根源、表现方面和表现形式,提出要变革制度、发展生产力、实现人的全面发展。中国共产党将理论指导实践,在百年反贫困实践中,总结出发挥中国特色社会主义制度的引领优势、发展是消减贫困的物质基础、人民是反贫困实践的中心和主体力量以及坚持中国共产党的领导是消除贫困的根本保证等基本经验。进入新时代,马克思主义反贫困理论为推进中国以及世界反贫困实践作出贡献。The CPC has long adhered to the practice of anti-poverty, taking the liberation of the proletariat, the free and all-round development of human beings and the common prosperity of all people as its goal. The anti-poverty practice of the CPC is guided by the Marxist anti-poverty theory, which proposes to reform the system, develop the productive forces and realize the all-round development of human beings by analyzing the root, manifestation and form of proletarian poverty. The theory to guide the practice of the CPC’s anti-poverty practice in one hundred years is summed up to the leading edge of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics as a material base of poverty reduction and development, the people being the center of the anti-poverty practice and the main body strength and adhere to the leadership of the CPC the fundamental guarantee of eliminating poverty and basic experience. In the new era, Marxist anti-poverty theory has made contributions to promoting anti-poverty practice in China and the other countries.
