电子血压计的应用研究进展

摘　　要：血压是临床医学在疾病诊断、治疗和康复护理方面的人体监测重要指标,在很多疾病的诊断和治疗中都需要获得准确的血压数值。尤其对存在高血压或低血压慢性病患者以及刚刚进行完手术的患者,需要做好血压检测与监测,从而获得准确的血压数值以便医护人员及时调整治疗方案,确保治疗手段和治疗药物的有效性。电子血压计是将电气元件、电子技术和常规血压测量技术进行融合后出现的产物,是目前临床医学中应用比较广泛的医疗设备。电子血压计属于间接检测类型,具有操作简便、携带方便、可重复性突出、检测结果准确性高等突出优势,尤其适合应用在需要长期、频繁进行血压检测的医疗岗位,对于家庭血压监测也有比较高的应用价值。文章对血压测量以及电子血压计测量原理进行简要分析,探究影响电子血压计应用效果的主要因素以及电子血压计临床应用策略。Blood pressure is an important indicator for human monitoring in clinical medicine in disease diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation nursing.Accurate blood pressure values are required in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.Especially for patients with chronic hypertension and hypotension as well as patients who have just finished surgery,blood pressure detection and monitoring should be done well,so as to obtain accurate blood pressure values so that medical staff can adjust the treatment plan in time and ensure the effectiveness of treatment means and drugs.Electronic sphygmomanometer is the product of the fusion of electrical components,electronic technology and conventional blood pressure measurement technology.It is a widely used medical equipment in clinical medicine.Electronic sphygmomanometer belongs to indirect detection type,with the outstanding advantages of simple operation,easy to carry,outstanding repeatability and high accuracy of detection results.It is especially suitable for application in medical positions that need long-term and frequent blood pressure detection,and also has relatively high application value for family blood pressure monitoring.This paper briefly analyzes the blood pressure measurement and the measurement principle of electronic sphygmomanometer,explores the main factors affecting the application effect of electronic sphygmomanometer,and the clinical application strategy of electronic sphygmomanometer.
