CT术前诊断结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究结肠癌术前诊断、术后复发采取CT的临床价值分析。方法:纳入2019年1月~2020年12月本院收治结肠癌或术后复发患者100例,以病理结果作为参照,分析CT诊断相关临床价值。结果:结肠癌诊断中,病理诊断金标准中,Ⅰ期例数为7例,Ⅱ期为35例,Ⅲ期为47例,Ⅳ期为11例,CT诊断中,Ⅰ期占比100%,Ⅱ期占比91.43%,Ⅲ期占比95.74%,Ⅳ期占比为90.91%,两种检查方式比较中,诊断中差异无意义(P>0.05)。结肠癌复发诊断中,病理诊断金标准中,Ⅰ期例数为15例,Ⅱ期为6例,Ⅲ期为5例,Ⅳ期为3例,CT诊断中,Ⅰ期占比86.67%,Ⅱ期占比83.33%,Ⅲ期占比100.00%,Ⅳ期占比为100.00%,两种检查方式比较中,诊断中差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论:术前诊断结肠癌、术后结肠癌复发开展CT检查,临床诊断结果准确。Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer and recurrence after operation.Methods:100 patients with colorectal cancer or postoperative recurrence were enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.The clinical value of CT diagnosis was analyzed with the pathological results as reference.Results:In the diagnosis of colon cancer,the number of patients in stage Ⅰ was 7,stage Ⅱ was 35,phase Ⅲ was 47,and phase Ⅳ was 11.In CT diagnosis,the proportion of phase Ⅰ was 100%,the proportion of phase Ⅱ was 91.43%,the proportion of phase Ⅲ was 95.74%,and the proportion of phase Ⅳ was 90.91%.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).In the diagnosis of colorectal cancer recurrence,the number of patients in stage I was 15,phase Ⅱ was 6,phase Ⅲ was 5,phase Ⅳ was 3.In CT diagnosis,the proportion of phase Ⅰ was 86.67%,the proportion of phase Ⅱ was 83.33%,the proportion of phase Ⅲ was 100.00%,and the proportion of phase Ⅳ was 100.00%.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT examination is carried out for preoperative diagnosis of colon cancer and recurrence of colon cancer after operation.The clinical diagnosis results are accurate.
