腹部超声与阴道超声在异位妊娠诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析腹部超声与阴道超声在异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法:研究对象收集2019年3月~2020年2月本院收治的120例异位妊娠患者,将其依照抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组患者60例,前者采取腹部超声,后者则实行阴道超声,观察比较2组患者的检查结果。结果:经诊断,观察组患者的阳性确诊率为98.33%,远高于对照组的78.33%,P<0.05。此外,观察组中对不同类型的异位妊娠检出率同对照组相比,P<0.05。结论:相比腹部超声检查,针对异位妊娠患者实施阴道超声临床诊断效果突出,异位妊娠患者的诊断价值高,影像学效果佳。Objective:The application effect of acoustic and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The research subjects collected 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the sampling method,with 60 patients in each group.The patients underwent vaginal ultrasonography,and the examination results of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After diagnosis,the positive diagnosis rate of patients in the observation group was 98.33%,which was much higher than 78.33% in the control group,P<0.05.In addition,the detection rate of different types of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was compared with that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with abdominal ultrasonography,transvaginal ultrasonography for ectopic pregnancy is more effective in clinical diagnosis,with higher diagnostic value and better imaging results.
