手动负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价手动负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠的效果以及流产患者疼痛等方面的情况,为早期妊娠人工流产术提供参考。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年8月本院收治的200例终止早期妊娠患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100,传统电动负压吸引术)、观察组(n=100,手动负压吸引人工流产术),伦理委员会审核通过。比较2组终止早期妊娠患者的流产效果,包括术中疼痛程度、手术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合征发生率、流产效果以及术后阴道流血时间。结果:组间流产效果、手术时间比较,差异无显著性,P>0.05;组间术中疼痛程度比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;组间人工流产综合征发生率、术中出血量以及术后阴道流血时间比较,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对比传统电动负压吸引术,手动负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠在确保流产效果的同时,安全性更高、疼痛程度更轻,患者术后阴道流血时间更短,是安全有效的终止早期妊娠的术式。Objective:To evaluate the effect of manual negative pressure suction induced abortion in terminating early pregnancy and the pain of abortion patients,so as to provide references for early pregnancy induced abortion.Methods:200 patients who had terminated early pregnancy in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=100,traditional electric negative pressure aspiration)and the observation group(n=100,manual negative pressure suction artificial abortion),the ethics committee reviews lotus root juice.The abortion effect of the two groups of patients who terminated early pregnancy was compared,including the degree of pain during the operation,the operation time,the amount of blood loss,the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,the effect of abortion,and the time of postoperative vaginal bleeding.Results:There was no significant difference in abortion effect and operation time between groups,P>0.05;Compared with the intraoperative pain degree between the groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of induced abortion syndrome,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative vaginal bleeding time were compared between the groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional electric negative pressure suction,manual negative pressure suction induced abortion to terminate early pregnancy can ensure the effect of abortion,with higher safety,less pain,and shorter postoperative vaginal bleeding time.It is a safe and effective procedure for terminating early pregnancy.
