全髋关节置换术在成人髋关节发育不良合并骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨全髋关节置换术治疗成人髋关节发育不良合并骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月~2019年3月本院收治的髋关节发育不良合并骨性关节炎患者40例(共45髋)。其中女性患者35例39髋,男性患者5例6髋;年龄35~77岁,平均52.4岁。观察患者手术前后关节功能、行走、疼痛情况及生活质量。结果:手术前后患者关节功能情况、行走情况、疼痛情况及生活质量对比中,差异显著,P均<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在成人髋关节发育不良合并骨性关节炎患者中采用全髋关节置换术进行治疗,能有效提升治疗效果、行走情况、生活质量,同时还能缓解患者的疼痛指数。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of adult hip dysplasia combined with osteoarthritis.Methods:40 patients(45 hips in total)with hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis were selected from March 2016 to March 2019.Among them,35 female patients had 39 hips and 5 male patients had 6 hips.The age range ranged from 35 to 77 years,with an average age of 52.4 years.Joint function,walking and pain were observed before and after operation.Results:There were significant differences in joint function,walking condition,pain condition and quality of life of the patients before and after the operation,and all P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty in adult patients with hip dysplasia complicated with osteoarthritis can effectively improve the treatment effect,walking condition and quality of life,as well as relieve the pain index of the patients.
