微波治疗机在糖尿病合并周围神经病变中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者接受微波治疗机治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年12月~2020年1月本院收治的糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者36例,根据全盲掷币方式将其分为观察组与对照组,组均18例。对照组患者接受常规治疗办法,观察组患者加用微波治疗机进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后的症状测评分级、生活质量测评值、并发症发生率及临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前两组患者的症状测评分级及生活质量测评值比对数据均具备差异性统计区别(P>0.05),治疗后患者的症状测评分级均降低,生活质量测评值均提高,且观察组患者的症状测评分级显著低于对照组患者的症状测评分级;观察组患者的生活质量测评值显著高于对照组患者的生活质量测评值;观察组患者的并发症发生率(11.11%)显著低于对照组患者的并发症发生率(44.44%);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(94.44%)显著高于对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率(66.67%),比对数据具备差异性统计区别(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗机在糖尿病合并周围神经病变治疗中,可以快速改善症状影响,降低并发症的发生风险,从而提升整体治疗效果,患者的生活质量得到显著改善。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of microwave therapy on diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy.Methods:36 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to January 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the totally blind coin tossing method,with 18 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the experimental group were treated with microwave therapy machine.The symptom grading,quality of life assessment,complication rate and total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the comparison data of symptom evaluation grade and quality of life evaluation value of patients in the two groups showed statistical difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the symptom evaluation grade of patients decreased,quality of life evaluation value increased,and the symptom evaluation grade of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in experimental group(11.11%)was significantly lower than that in control group(44.44%).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in experimental group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that in control group(66.67%),and there was statistical difference in comparison data(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave therapy machine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy,can quickly improve the impact of symptoms,reduce the risk of complications,so as to improve the overall treatment effect,the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved.
