摘 要:目的:探讨对腰椎峡部裂患者采用不同CT扫描方法进行诊断后获得的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年12月收治的66例腰椎峡部裂患者进行诊断研究;随机分为常规扫描组(采用定位线同椎弓垂直方法展开扫描诊断)和反角度扫描组(采用定位线同椎弓平行方法展开扫描诊断),各33例;比较两组患者扫描诊断结果。结果:就腰椎滑脱程度进行观察发现,常规扫描组33例患者中,0°患者9例,Ⅰ°患者17例,Ⅱ°患者6例,Ⅲ°患者1例,Ⅳ°患者0例,滑脱例数共计24例(72.73%);反角度扫描组33例患者中,0°患者7例,Ⅰ°患者18例,Ⅱ°患者5例,Ⅲ°患者3例,Ⅳ°患者0例,滑脱例数共计26例(78.79%);常规扫描组腰椎滑脱比例(72.73%)同反角度扫描组腰椎滑脱比例(78.79%)比较,未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);就腰椎峡部裂患者呈现出的CT影像表现进行观察发现,经常规扫描后,发现33例呈现出腰椎峡部裂现象,1例未见显示,2例可疑,但是针对椎管狭窄、变形以及神经根、硬膜囊受压等现象可以进行充分显示;经反角度扫描后,发现50例呈现出腰椎峡部裂现象,针对腰椎峡部增生硬化、裂隙宽度以及裂隙周围骨块可以良好显示;但是针对硬膜囊、椎管狭窄以及神经根受压无法进行充分显示。结论:临床针对腰椎峡部裂患者在实施诊断期间,常规扫描以及反角度扫描方法应用,各有利弊,对此临床考虑将二者进行充分结合,以对腰椎峡部裂与继发改变进行客观以及全面显示,对腰椎峡部裂早期确诊以及及时治疗提供有力依据。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different CT scan methods in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with lumbar spondylolysis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for the diagnosis study.They were randomly divided into two groups:conventional scan group(diagnosis with positioning line perpendicular to the vertebral arch)and inverse Angle scan group(diagnosis with positioning line parallel to the vertebral arch),33 cases in each group.The results of scanning diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis was observed.Among 33 patients in the conventional scanning group,there were 9 patients with 0°,17 patients with Ⅰ°,6 patients with Ⅱ°,1 patient with Ⅲ°,and 0 patients with Ⅳ°.The number of cases of spondylolisthesis was 24(72.73%).In the reverse Angle scanning group,there were 7 patients with 0°,18 patients with Ⅰ°,5 patients with Ⅱ°,3 patients with Ⅲ°,and 0 patients with Ⅳ°.The total number of cases of slippage was 26(78.79%).There was no significant difference in the proportion of lumbar spondylolisthesis between the conventional scan group(72.73%)and the reverse Angle scan group(78.79%)(P>0.05).The CT imaging findings of patients with lumbar spondylolysis were observed.After routine scanning,30 cases were found to present lumbar spondylolysis,1 case was not shown,and 2 cases were suspected.However,the stenosis,deformation of the spinal canal,nerve root and dural sac compression and other phenomena could be fully displayed.After reverse Angle scanning,33 cases were found to present lumbar spondylolysis,which could be well displayed in view of the hyperplasia and sclerosis of lumbar spondylolysis,the width of the fissure and the surrounding bone mass of the fissure.However,dural sac,spinal stenosis,and nerve root compression cannot be adequately demonstrated.Conclusion:Clinical for lumbar spondylolysis patients during the implementation of diagnostic rou
