摘 要:目的:研究老年患者手术过程中无创实时动脉血压监测系统的应用。方法:将80例老年手术患者分对照组和观察组,每组各40例,其中对照组采用有创动脉监测,观察组采用无创动脉监测。比较两组SBP、DBP、MAP、CI、SVRI、PPV水平、低血压检出时间、并发症发生率差异。结果:观察组MAP水平及SVRI水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05,两组数据在SBP、DBP、MAP、CI、SVRI、PPV水平差异较小,P>0.05;对照组并发症总发生率15%,观察组为2.5%。结论:无创实时动脉血压监测系统可更早发觉低血压危险并提升血压监测敏感度,证实了该监测系统的应用价值。Objective:To study the application of non-invasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system in elderly patients during operation.Methods:80 elderly patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Invasive artery monitoring was used in the control group and non-invasive artery monitoring was used in the observation group.The levels of SBP,DBP,MAP,CI,SVRI,PPV,hypotension detection time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:MAP and SVRI levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,P<0.05,and there were little differences in SBP,DBP,MAP,CI,SVRI and PPV levels between the two groups,P>0.05.The total complication rate was 15% in the control group and 2.5% in the observation group.Conclusion:The non-invasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system can detect the risk of hypotension earlier and improve the sensitivity of blood pressure monitoring,which confirms the application value of the monitoring system.
