摘　　要：目的:分析了解现阶段中外医学图书馆领域研究热点及发展方向。方法:从Web of Science核心合集和万方数据库中检索出2011-2020国内3382篇和国外1095篇相关文献,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer等工具软件对研究热点及研究前沿进行对比分析。结果:国内外医学图书馆领域均关注信息服务、信息素养、循证医学和医生群体研究等方面,国内更侧重学科服务、移动服务、创客空间、微信公众号、智慧图书馆等主题。结论:国内医学图书馆应加强公益服务、创新服务模式、拓宽资源建设、注重新技术应用、推进多方密切合作及重视专业人才队伍建设等建议。Objective To analyze the hotspots in studies in foreign and domestic libraries and their development direction.Methods The hotspots and frontiers in 3382 domestic papers and 1095 foreign papers retrieved from Web of Science core set and Wanfang Database were comparatively analyzed by CiteSpace and NOSviewer respectively.Results Information service,information literacy,evidence-based medicine and doctors were focused by foreign libraries while subject service,mobile service,customer space,WeChat public account and smart library were focused by domestic libraries.Conclusion Domestic medical libraries should strengthen their public welfare service,innovate their service pattern,expand their resource development,improve their application of new technologies,promote their close cooperation,and attach importance to the construction of their professionals.
