摘  要:为探索不同甲基类诱食剂对罗氏沼虾的诱食效果,本实验研究了3种不同诱食剂对罗氏沼虾的摄食行为和消化酶活性的影响。结果表明,3种诱食剂对罗氏沼虾的摄食行为和消化酶活性均有正向影响。其中,消化酶活性随着甜菜碱浓度的增加而增强,随着氯化胆碱浓度的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。另外,高浓度二甲基-β-丙酸噻啶(DMPT)对罗氏沼虾有致死作用。综合来看,甜菜碱对于罗氏沼虾的诱食效果相对最好,有望开发其作为罗氏沼虾的专用诱食剂。In order to study the effects of methyl attractors on feeding attractants in Macrobrachium robergii,the feeding behavior and digestive enzyme activities of M.rosenbergii were compared and analyzed with different kinds and concentrations of methyl attractors.The results showed that the three attractors all had positive effects on the feeding behavior and the digestive enzyme activity of M.rosenbergii.The digestive enzyme activity increased with the increase of betaine concentration,first increased and then decreased with the increase of choline chloride concentration.High concentration dimethyi-β-propiothetin(DMPT)had a lethal effect on M.rosenbergii.In general,betaine has the best food inducing effect on M.rosenbergii.It is expected to develop betaine as a special food attractant for M.rosenbergii,which will play a guiding role in commercial culture.
