摘  要:目的 观察等离子体空气消毒系统对普通手术室内行剖宫产手术过程中空气洁净指标变化的影响。方法 采用平板沉降法和仪器监测法,对普通手术室内等离子体空气消毒系统的空气净化效果进行观察。结果 在该等离子体空气消毒系统运行条件下,剖宫产手术的手术室内静态、术前准备、手术过程、清洁和自净5个阶段中,空气沉降菌数、尘埃粒子数和荧光强度均有明显上升,术后清洁时,各项指标均达最大值;自净时,各项指标逐渐回落至静态水平。结论 在该等离子体空气消毒装置联动风机盘管空调系统运行条件下,手术活动影响该普通手术室空气洁净指标。Objective To observe the changes of air microbial indexes during cesarean section in ordinary operating room with plasma air disinfection system as air disinfection and purification means.Methods Plate sedimentation method and instrumental monitoring method were used to observe the changes of air microorganism indexes during operation.Results During the five stages(static, preoperative preparation, operation process, cleaning and self-cleaning) of operation, the number of bacteria settling in the air, the number of airborne particles and the fluorescence intensity all increased significantly. All indexes reached the maximum at postoperative cleaning stage and the indicators gradually fell back to the static level at self purification stage.Conclusion The operation activities affect the air microbe indexes of the general operating room, and the air-conditioning system of fan coil connected with plasma air disinfection device can purify and disinfect the indoor air.
