摘　　要：目的 研究植物成分β-香茅醇对大肠埃希菌的杀灭效果。方法 采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法,计算640、800、960和1 280 mg/L的β-香茅醇溶液对悬液内大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值,评价杀灭效果。结果 用浓度800 mg/L的β-香茅醇溶液,作用悬液内大肠埃希菌5 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00。结论 β-香茅醇对大肠埃希菌具有良好的杀灭效果,可作为一种植物源消毒剂成分进行开发研究。Objective To research the killing effect of β-citronellol which is from plant on Escherichia coli.Methods To evaluate the killing effect of β-citronellol, suspension quantitative germicidal experiment was used to calculate killing logarithmic value of β-citronellol at different concentrations on Escherichia coli. Results The average killing logarithmic value was >5.00 when β-citronellol solution 800 mg/L acting on Escherichia coli in the suspension for 5 min.Conclusion β-citronellol has good killing effect on Escherichia coli. It can be used as a disinfectant component of plant source for research and development.
