摘　　要：目的 观察灭菌包重量对脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的影响。方法 采用物理、化学和生物监测法对8、11、14和17 kg等重量的外来骨科手术器械包和6、9、12和15 kg的棉质手术敷料包于压力蒸汽灭菌器最难灭菌部位(排气口上方)、在标准程序(134℃,4 min)下的灭菌效果进行检测。结果 灭菌包各项监测(物理监测、化学监测、生物监测)全部合格。结论 灭菌器在正常运行条件下,≤17 kg的器械包和≤15 kg的敷料包不会影响压力蒸汽灭菌效果。Objective To observe the effect of sterilization package weight on the sterilization of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. Methods Using physical, chemical and biological monitoring methods, 8, 11, 14 and 17 kg of foreign orthopedic surgical instrument bags and 6, 9, 12 and 15 kg of cotton surgical dressing bags were tested in a pressure steam sterilizer at the most difficult site(above the exhaust port) under the standard procedure(134°C, 4 min). Results All the monitoring(physical monitoring, chemical monitoring, biological monitoring) of the sterilization package were qualified. Conclusion Under normal operating conditions of the sterilizer, the instrument bag ≤17 kg and the dressing bag ≤15 kg can not affect the effect of pressure steam sterilization.
