摘 要:目的 研究疫情常态化防控下的医院环境卫生学监测信息化。方法 利用医院网络平台和相关法规标准,开发医院环境卫生学监测信息系统,探讨信息化系统对监测质量的影响。结果 环境卫生学监测信息系统上线后,实现了线上数据统计分析和管理。应用信息化系统后,医院环境卫生学监测合格率由使用前的95.63%升高至98.75%,复查及时率由使用前的48.04%升高至93.33%,报告差错率由使用前的7.50%下降到0.21%。结论 该医院结合疫情防控特点,充分利用信息化系统,提高医院环境卫生学监测质量。Objective To study the informatization of hospital environmental monitoring under the regular epidemic prevention and control.Method The hospital environmental hygiene monitoring information system was developed by using the hospital network platform and relevant laws and regulations, and to explore the impact of the information system on the monitoring quality.Result After the environmental hygiene monitoring information system went online, online data statistical analysis and management was realized. And the qualified rate of hospital environmental hygiene monitoring increased from 95.63% to 98.75%, the timely rate of reexamination increased from 48.04% to 93.33%, and the reporting error rate decreased from 7.50% to 0.21%.Conclusion Combining the characteristics of epidemic prevention and control, the hospital makes full use of the information system to improve the quality of environmental health monitoring in the hospital.
