卫生湿巾的使用对重症监护室医院感染率的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察卫生湿巾在医院重症监护室(ICU)医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,选取2016年9月—2017年8月患者资料为使用卫生湿巾前组(对照组),2017年9月—2018年8月患者资料为使用卫生湿巾后组(观察组),对比卫生湿巾使用前后的医院感染相关质量指标、环境卫生学采样合格率等。结果 未使用卫生湿巾的对照组医院感染率和例次感染率分别为9.54%和12.48%;使用卫生湿巾的观察组医院感染率和例次感染率分别为7.25%和9.31%。使用卫生湿巾的观察组患者的导管相关感染率也明显低于未使用卫生湿巾的对照组。使用卫生湿巾的观察组医务人员手卫生和物体表面卫生质量合格率明显低于对照组。结论 临床ICU采用卫生湿巾作为清洁消毒产品,明显改善清洁消毒质量,可有效控制医院感染的发生。Objective To observe the effect of using sanitary wipes in ICU so as to prevent and reduce cross-infection in the hospital.Methods Retrospective investigation was used, data from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the baseline period(control group) and data from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the trial period(experimental group). The quality indicators of nosocomial infection and the qualified rate of environmental sampling in two periods were compared.Results The overall infection rate of control group and experimental group were 9.54% and 7.25% respectively, and the infection case rate were 12.48% and 9.31% respectively. The incidences of central catheter-related bloodstream infection(CLABSI), catheter-related urinary tract infection(CAUTI) and ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) in control group were higher than that in experimental group. The qualified rate of hand hygiene sampling in control group were lower than that in experimental group.Conclusion The introduction of sanitary wipes and the addition of cleaning and disinfection methods in ICU can significantly improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection, so as to prevent nosocomial infection.
