摘　　要：目的探讨支持性护理在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年10月—2021年3月无锡市人民医院收治的86例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予支持性护理干预。比较干预前后两组患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分。结果干预后,观察组患者GSES、GQOL-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支持性护理能够提高心力衰竭患者自我效能感和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of supportive nursing in patients with heart failure.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 86 heart failure patients who were admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given supportive nursing intervention.The scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Generic Quality Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the GSES score and GQOL-74 dimension scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Supportive nursing can improve self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with heart failure.
